The children and young people from CAIC's "A Gaivota" shelter took advantage of the good weather to be in contact with Nature and to explore the animal world. Together they entered the - fascinating! - wild world and unraveled the mysteries of countless animals, following them closely.
At a time when conservation efforts are critical to the survival of our planet's biodiversity, it is essential that the next generations learn about the habits and conservation of animals. With this visit, besides being made aware of a greater respect for nature, the little ones became more aware of the protection of wildlife.
At the end, there was still time for a refreshing swim!
A very fun and special day that will remain in the hearts of our children!
A big thank you to Zoo de Lagos for the opportunity and to Tavira Town Hall for providing the transportation!
