The UMDR users of the Tavira Humanitarian Center took advantage of the motto of the Mediterranean Diet Fair and put "𝘮ã𝘰𝘴 to 𝘰𝘣𝘳𝘢".

Olive soaps were made in the shape of a heart. The olive is one of the main foods of the Mediterranean diet, and this in turn aims to highlight and promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The heart shape was symbolically designed to remind us how we should also take care of this organ and the impact that a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle can have on our health and well-being.

 

This activity promoted reflection, put everyone's creativity and imagination to the test, and stimulated the fine motor skills of our users.
