1st Defensive Driving Course with a regional coverage (Held at the premises of the Humanitarian Center of Tavira, between August 30 and September 9)

Emergency Unit

The course aimed to prepare the Portuguese Red Cross emergency operators for effective safe driving in the transportation of urgent and non-urgent patients.

Through this training, which included theoretical and practical modules, it was possible to present and demonstrate the attitudes that support the practice of defensive driving.

To this end, care and techniques used for safer driving were reviewed, resulting in a better quality of service and, in turn, impacting the quality of support to all our users.
