In addition to an emergency ambulance on site, the event also had a doctor, nurse and first-aider present, and a temporary first-aid station was set up which served throughout the event to assess the parameters of the entire golfing community. During the event a buggy was in permanent circulation properly signaled and equipped with defibrillator, approach bag and oxygen therapy in order to ensure maximum safety of the players. This was intended to show the response capacity that the CVP can give to events of higher complexity.
This was followed by a convivial lunch where it was possible to present some of the work developed by the Humanitarian Center of Tavira to the athletes and other guests. During the lunch, the various prizes of the tournament were given out, as well as the raffle of gifts from the participants and the Auction of the Vouchers collected by Benamor Golf.
The amount obtained reverted entirely to our institution and is extremely important for our daily work in favor of the most vulnerable.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who participated in this event, golfers and guests, with a special mention to the Benamor Golf Team, Club de Golf de Tavira and the Photographer Jorge Calero.
Thank you all and goodbye!
