#7 Children's Literature: Books that Inspire / The Three Little Pigs

This month, the story of the three little pigs came off the page and to life at the "Little Pirates" Daycare!
We built the three little pigs' houses, told and retold the story with plastic pigs, sang, acted, and of course… huffed and puffed like the wolf until we were almost breathless!

Food Week at the "Little Pirates" Daycare

This week was full of flavors, smells, textures, and many discoveries!
Throughout the days, our little Pirates transformed into true cooks and food explorers!
We started with vegetables! We picked vegetables from our garden, discovered their names, colors, shapes, and textures, and, with utensils adapted to small hands, prepared the ingredients for a delicious soup!
